Nagarhole or the 'Snake River' derives its name for the winding course the river takes through its forests. This national part is abundant in Asiatic Elephants. Other animals that can be seen are gaur, barking deer, wild dogs, common langur etc.

DAY 1 - Arrival at Bangalore

On your arrival at Bangalore, you will be received by our representative. After a warm welcome, you will be taken to the hotel. Move into your room and relax yourself. After this refreshing break, get ready to go for a short sight-seeing trip of the city, which would include Tipu Sultan's Palace, Bull's Temple, Isckon Temple and many exciting places. Your overnight stay will be at the hotel.

DAY 2 - Bangalore - Nagarhole

After your breakfast at the hotel, you will drive to Nagarhole by road. On reaching Nagarhole, you will check-in at the lodge. Take rest for some time and set yourself to go for the exciting expedition to the wildlife sanctuary of Nagarhole. You will move in the jeeps to enjoy the adventurous safari. After whole day touring, you must be tired, so retire for the night at your lodge.

DAY 3 -Nagarhole - Mysore

Following your breakfast, you will go for a Coracle Ride on Kabini River. This unusual ride will comprise a round native boat. In the afternoon, you would be leaving for Mysore by road. On reaching Mysore, you will check-in at the hotel. Relax for some time and then, you will be taken for a sight-seeing trip of Mysore. You will visit Mysore palace and Brindavan Gardens. Spend night relaxing at the hotel.

DAY 4 - Mysore

After your breakfast, today you will explore the suburbs of Mysore. You would be visiting some of the interesting places like Somnathpur and Shrirangapattana, the places of historical significance. You will also be visiting the awe-inspiring site of Chamundi hill. In the evening, you can explore the markets of Mysore, which are famous for silk saris, incense sticks and herbal products. Retire for the night at your hotel.

DAY 5 - Mysore - Coorg

Have your breakfast early in the morning, as you have to leave for Coorg by road. You will reach Coorg in the late afternoon, check-in at hotel. Rest part of the day will be spent at leisure. Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Coorg.

DAY 6 - Coorg - Hassan

On the next day, after having breakfast, you will leave for Hassan by road. On reaching, you will check in at one of the hotels, where the overnight stay will take place. In the afternoon time, you will be taken on an excursion trip to visit the famous temples at Belur and Halebid. Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Hassan.

DAY 7 - RHassan - Bangalore

On day 7, which is the last day of the Karnataka heritage tour package, you will leave for Bangalore visiting Shravanbelgola en-route. On reaching Bangalore, you will be taken to the airport for boarding the flight for your onward destination. This will put an end to this interesting Karnataka heritage tour.
